I've already recommended Happy Kids Face Painting to every parent I know. Andrea was at our girl's 2yo birthday party was great. The kids were so happy with her face-painting and balloon creations. The adults were impressed with how she interacted with the kids, the quality of her work, and how efficient she was - AMAZING.
