Purchase Terms and Conditions


  1. All orders are shipped using tracked NZ POST with an estimated 3 - 5 day delivery. Any orders that have a rural delivery address surcharge will apply and may take a few days longer.
    Orders are shipped daily within two working days. For urgent delivery please email or call us to discuss your options.

  2. We are not responsible for lost, stolen and damaged packages or delayed shipping due to invalid addresses. Automatically returned items (by NZ Post) could be reposted at the customer costs.

  3. If you find that you are unhappy with your purchase, you may request a refund. You may request a refund of the purchase price paid for your product within 14 days of the date of purchase, as long as the product is returned with packaging intact and the product has been completely unused or no missing items. You cannot return a product you have swiped, tested or used in any form.
    The cost of the return postage will be paid by you. We do suggest to use a tracked (insured) shipping service when you return your item(s). We cannot guarantee we will receive it.
    Refunds will be approved if we received and inspected your returned item. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and we approve or reject your refund. If your refund is approved the purchase price will be paid on your provided account number within five days. If your refund will be rejected your item won't be resend.
